My room was a nice size with bath and shower and a wonderful view. The breakfast was extensive and adequate. The staff was professional and genuinely helpful all the time. The location of the venue was super central, just off trains and the center of Frankfurt, close to banks, the theater, and opera.

The staff here are fantastic and friendly, the views of the park are marvelous, everything is very good, it has a good location as it's close to shopping areas, restaurants.

I would definitely return to this place, loved the convenient location.

The rooms are well-appointed and fashionable with a beautiful view over the park behind. The location is excellent and perfect, minutes from Eschenheimer Tower. I would love to come back here some time.

The hotel has a super central location near Fabian, Andreas, and Ocean from the reception team who provided excellent assistance. It is walking distance to shops, Christmas Markets, attractions, and the main station. The room is spotless and new-fashioned, with a lounge and a writing table.

It was also easy to walk to numerous restaurants around the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk to the famous Zeil shopping street. Restaurants, cafes, and major shopping areas are all around. The check-in process was quick. The room was luxurious with a great view and met all of our needs. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options. The service was excellent. The location is stunning and fantastic, right in the middle of everything. The pool area is amazing. Shuttle service is available from the airport if needed.

Very quick check-in, parking onsite. Magnificent views, nice pool, the shuttle from airport Marvellous and excellent location, just walking distance from Stock Exchange. Good choice of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue...

The hotel has GORGEOUS views of Frankfurt's skyline. The rooms are quiet and very well furnished with a writing table, armchairs, iron and ironing board. The hotel has a great location, not very far from The Hauptwache.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to easily explore Frankfurt and visit all the attractions. The hotel is also conveniently located next to a beautiful park, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Additionally, there is a fantastic fitness center nearby, ensuring we could stay active during our stay.

The service at the hotel could be improved. There were some issues with slow elevators and de-magnetizing room key cards, which caused inconvenience.
